My Weekly Loves! Jan. 21-27❄

Hi everyone! It's time for this week's "Weekly Loves" Post! This week I was pleasantly surprised because I tried quite a few new things and I liked them all! So let's get started.
I tried this new lip balm from Nivea and I love it! I wasn't a big fan of the Nivea Kiss of Milk & Honey lip balm, but I love this stuff because it smells very refreshing and minty. I normally just stick to my "eos" lip balms, but I read that they don't actually have any medication for your lips in them, so that's why I tried this and it works great.
(Nivea A Kiss of Mint & Mineral Lip Care, $2.99, www.walgreens.com & In stores)

I also wanted a hand exfoliater so I tried this one from Tree Hut. It smells great and the consistancy is grainy so it feels very soothing. It says it's an overall body scrub, but I just like to scrub my hands with it and rinse it in the sink.
(Tree Hut Shea Sugar Body Scrub, $7.49, www.ulta.com & In stores)

To go along with the exfoliater, I tried Tree Hut's Coconut Lime Shea Body Butter. This stuff smells amazing and it's very thick and luxurious. I luck to put it on right after exfoliating and it leaves my hands feeling amazing.

The last thing I tried was this amazing sponge from Ulta. It's a dupe for the Beauty Blender sponge (ranging from $20-$22 a piece) but this one was only $4.99. It's used to apply your foundation and I think it works great! It has wide side, used for large areas and a pointed side used for small crevices. It evenly applies your foundation and leaves your skin looking very good.

Well that's it for this week's "Weekly Loves!" I hope this post was interesting & helpful to you! Have a great week everybody! Bye!

Spring Lookbook! ♡

Hi everyone! Happy Friday! Today's post is my Spring Lookbook! I know spring is still a few months away, but I thought it would be a great time to give you a sneak peek of some of the spring trends we'll be seeing this year!
Crop Tops-
This is one that most of us already know and love- crop tops! This will be a huge recurring style this spring and they look great with high-waisted shorts (another spring trend). They also look very boho when styled with stacked bracelets. Be prepared to see this edgy-cute trend alot this spring!
(Truly Madly Deeply Sunny Daisy Box Crop Tee, $29.00, www.urbanoutfitters.com)

Studded Shorts-
This is such an edgy trend that will look amazing this spring and summer! It's very tough and cool, but also girly and trendy. It will look great with cropped tanks or flowy blouses. It will also be a modern twist to the regular pair of denim shorts.

(BDG High-Rise Studded Cheeky Short, $69.00, www.urbanoutfitters.com)

Peplum-

This is a great trend for people with more girly styles. Peplum is a great trend for both tops and dresses and will look adorable this spring. You can pair it with shorts and a statment necklace or capris and ballet flats. It's a great trend all around.
(I Saw the Sun Top, $34.99, www.modcloth.com)

Bow Ballet Flats-

I've talked about this trend before because I love it! Bow ballet flats are so girly and cute and dress up any outfit! They come in all colors, including brights and neons for spring! This pair from Payless are so cute and very inexpensive, but any bow ballet flat will look great for spring!
(Women's Avery Bow Flat, $19.99, www.payless.com)

I hope all of you enjoyed this post and that gives you some inspiration for spring! Have a great Friday! Bye!

Weekly Loves!

Hi everybody! I know I haven't done a "Weekly Loves" post in over a month, so here it is! This week I tried a new makeup product (which I am so excited about) and I also tried a couple other things; so here they are!
Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream Sheer Tint 8-In-1 Skin Perfector, Light/Medium
The new beauty product I tried is the Maybelline Dream Fresh BB cream and I LOVE it. It has the perfect coverage for my skin and it matches my skin tone perfectly. Also, it is not very expensive and (BONUS) it has SPF 30.
(Maybelline Dream Fresh BB cream, $7.44, Walmart and www.walmart.com)

I tried this candle from Yankee Candle and it smells delicious! I have it burning in my room and the scent is very pungent and smells exactly like pina colada. It makes me think of summer and this candle is so refreshing.
(Chrsitmas at the Beach candle, $27.99, Yankee Candle)

My last weekly love are these AMAZING brushes from the Forever 21 Love & Beauty makeup line. I bought these brushes because they are so inexpensive so I thought I'd give them a try. They are great quality and come with 5 impeccable brushes. My favorite is the lash and brow comb, but I love them all!
(Love & Beauty Cosmetic Brush Set, $3.80, Forever 21 and www.forever21.com)

I hope all of you enjoyed this post and I hope you all have a great weekend! Bye!
